is the beginning of a collaborative partnership between two young artists, Gyun Hur and Katie Waugh.

This first letter correspondence project initially started with ten rules that were to be sacredly kept as rituals. Incidentally, we soon found ourselves in the midst of broken rules and expectations.

Our failures to keep up with the rules yielded unspoken disappointments and frustration. Numerous attempts to compensate each other in ever ending apologies became our thematic focus.
